Join us for a cooking demonstration with author of Sabor Judío, The Jewish Mexican Cookbook, Margaret E. Boyle, as she guides us through a Passover recipe from her latest joint cookbook.
Sabor Judío celebrates the delicious fusion of two culinary traditions and a vibrant history of Jewish immigration to Mexico from 1492 to today. Explaining how dishes evolved in Mexican and Jewish kitchens by the labor of Ashkenazi, Sephardic, Mizrahi, and converso women.
